~Weddings & Events~

 $1000 for Four Hours
 $200 per extra hour*
Valid in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, Rappahannock Counties
For Prince William, Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Loudon County add $200 to base rate 
~Ceremony Music~
( with DJ Service & on-site only)
**This is in addition to the hourly rate.

A separate system is available if needed.
This includes the option of just using this for amplification of your musician, speaker  or vocalist.

(DJ Service & On-site Only)
Accent Lighting Package includes up to 12 LED lights that project
modest to bold accent light in any sized room.
Professional LED lights are strategically placed on the floor near the wall and directed to the ceiling for a localized color wash effect.
Electrical outlet must be available in the near vicinity of the lighting area. 
Colors can be all the same or all different depending on your tastes.
This is beautiful inexpensive way to add color to your event. 
Prices are kept reasonable by only offering this service with a DJ Service. 
Sound Decision uses the same professional quality lights offered by higher priced lighting companies.

~Projector & Screen Rental~

(includes setup and operation) 

There are extra no hidden fees for setting up or travel as prices are all inclusive. 

Sound Decision
does rent equipment or leave equipment unattended due to insurance regulations. 
If a DJ is required at the rehearsal the day before the wedding an additional fee will apply.  

Our personalized attention is focused on the clients we are entertaining. 

Please provide the following information for a specific price quote...

1. The location of the event - indoors or outdoors.

2. The date & time & location of your event.

3. The distance to the reception from the wedding location.

4. Length of time needed and activities planned.

5. How many people are expected to attend?

6. How many stairs to load in or is an elevator available?

7. Will I provide ceremony or special music?

The deposit is $100.00 with a signed contract and guarantees your event date. 

I will be happy to talk more to you by phone or meet with you in person. 
I am available on a first come first serve basis. 

If you don't receive a response within 24 hours please call - or include your phone number in your email- as sometimes the emails are send back for some unknown computer reason.

Email is checked daily! 

There are no extra fees for reception planning, a personalized agenda, dance floor lighting, or quality interaction with your guests.


Sound Decision offers a 10% DISCOUNT to Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, First Responders and Military Personnel as thanks for your service to your community.
